About Payment Check

Payment Check is an online invoice checker. You upload an invoice and a quote, purchase order, or other supporting document. The product compares them and lists differences in price, quantity, totals, tax, dates, and other details that are worth reviewing before you pay.

The core idea is simple: catch invoice problems before you pay. It is aimed at anyone who reviews a supplier or vendor invoice — small businesses, freelancers, accounts payable, procurement, and accountants — without asking them to install accounts payable software.

What this is

An early beta for demand validation. There is no login, no payment for the check, no document archive, and no connection to your accounting system.

What this is not

It is not a payment processor, invoice generator, fraud detector, or three-way matching suite. Results are for human review. They do not approve or reject payments, and they are not guaranteed to be complete or correct.
