Payment Check is an early-beta invoice checker offered as an experiment. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

You may upload an invoice and a supporting document to receive a discrepancy report. The service may be changed, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time. Availability is not guaranteed.

Your responsibility

You must only upload documents you are allowed to share with the operators and the AI processing provider. You remain responsible for deciding whether to pay, query, or reject an invoice. Results are for review. They do not approve or reject payments.

No warranty

The report can miss issues, flag differences that are not errors, or misread a document. The service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We do not claim the tool is 100% accurate, guaranteed, or fraud-proof.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for payment decisions, overpayments, missed discrepancies, or losses arising from use of the report or from downtime.
