Privacy notice

Payment Check is an early beta for a demand-validation experiment. This notice describes what happens when you use the tool.

Uploaded documents

When you upload an invoice and a quote, purchase order, or other supporting document, those files are sent to our server and then to the AI provider so we can generate a discrepancy check. We do this only to produce the report you see.

Uploaded documents are not stored in a database and are not kept after the check finishes. We do not create user accounts, and we do not keep a history of your files or reports on the server.

Analytics

Analytics events record that a step happened (for example, that a check was run) together with an anonymous session identifier and the landing-page variant. They do not include the contents of your documents.

Results

Results are for human review. They do not approve or reject payments. Automated analysis can miss issues or flag differences that are not problems. You remain responsible for deciding whether to pay.
